I suggest calling for higher levels of HR accountability for trusted insider events and would be more impressed if firms like Heartland and Hannaford that had a major data loss event fired their HR manager for unprofessional and unethical behavior for hiring and enabling the company to retain on incompetent IT security team.  I wrote about this last year in my post on the 7th anniversary of the Al Queda attack on the US [...]</description>

Internal workings, practices and operations are the soft unprotected belly most organizations.  Confidentiality is everything.
