My name is Danny Lieberman – I have a graduate degree in solid state physics and have spent most of my adult life developing software. I specialize in security and privacy consulting for medical device companies in Israel. I perform software security assessments and penetration testing of medical devices, Web applications, mobile apps and hospital information systems. Any system that deals with clinical data, clinical trials, patient care, patient monitoring or patient diagnosis and connects to a network is a perfect fit for me.
I am the founder of the Israeli startup Clear Clinica which enables companies to improve their ROI on clinical trial monitoring by 10-50X using search engine technology.
I am active in volunteer work and community involvement – I volunteer at the Jordan River Village for children with serious disease and provide Pathcare free of charge for support groups. (See this link for Pathcare in Hebrew מרחב מוגן דיגיטלי).
I have the worst traits of Americans and Israelis – having been born in Washington DC and living in Israel for many years. That means that I’m happy to give everyone advice in a loud voice, complain about the heat and humidity in the summer and about how corrupt our politicians are.
I am a serious amateur musician – playing tenor and clarinet in the JP Big Band and I ride both mountain bike and road bike in my spare time, depending on motivation levels, season and training cycle. Feel free to text me at any time of day at: +972 54 447 1114 – I am always looking for interesting projects and ideas.
